Information: Direct to shirt digital printing is the newest in apparel decoration. High quality, full color printing directly printed onto any white or light colored garment. Our shirts are completed in just a few days. Compared to traditional full color screen printing, which takes about a week just for separations and screens before a single shirt is printed. These are not heat transfers and are very wash fast, soft hand, non cracking prints in vibrant full (CMYK) color. Pricing is determined by image size and the total amount of the garments to be printed (see above). The print can be spot colors (as many as you want) or full color (CMYK) images such as photographs or complex designs. You are not restricted to the amount of ink colors as in traditional screen printing. Also, there are no screen charges and your job can be up and running in as few as two days. Samples: A sample tshirt of your job is $20.00, delivered. Or a random print for $5.00 delivered. This is recommended if you and/or your customer are new to this process and are unsure of the quality. After you receive it, we know you’ll be hooked. Platforms / file types: Mac or Windows / eps, tif, psd, ai, jpg Programs: Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand or Photoshop Artwork: The above prices are based on artwork that is 100% ready to go to print. We can create custom designs or help you with your artwork for $35.00/hour. You will be pre-quoted for this service. Proofs: We email colored proofs for every order. Art file types: We will preflight every file sent to us to make sure it is an acceptable format that will give you the best possible print. Please send ALL files at full size (100%) so we don’t have to guess the final image size. Spot Colors: Vector based artwork needs to be saved as an eps file at full size. Full color: High resolution bitmap, or rastor based images, need to be saved as a tif, eps, psd or jpg file in RGB mode. At full size, they need to be saved at a minimum of 300 dpi. 600 dpi is preferred and will make your print look even better. Web images will not work. They are always low resolution jpgs, and will print very poorly. Placing your order: Please email your artwork to Film Ready.
